Course with Bible studies Christian: Prophecies about Jesus One more evidence about the divinity of Jesus Christ, prophecies that it complies in Him, spoken since centuries ago in the Old Testament.

Within this reading it going analyze some prophecies by way of example about Jesus Christ, I suggest for this study you review in a Bible, reading the references. Is very interesting to see that it complies many acts in Jesus, announced very time ago (remain to be fulfilled the prophecies from his second coming). Acts in which ones was impossible to anticipate that it could occur similar things, adding certainty to faith, because each one of it is fulfilled. The religious Jews was studying from the prophecies, and ironically much of them rejected to unique who it's fulfilled, giving evidence of be the Savior.

Such is well, until in the same text inspired by the bible, was mentioned the fact that they were going to reject him, by example within Old Testament, the Psalm 22 it can apply totaly to Christ; in this Psalm it mentioned "they pierced my hands and my feet" a reference to the Crucifixion, and for example too "a reproach of men, and despised of the people". Like this, some tried the Savior, even in actuality someone no wants the salvation for to love more to sin, or the religion. Some prophecies they saw complying in front them, or understood that it was prophecies, by reflect with clarity what happened in Jesus of Nazareth. Some people not rejected him, the first christians were all Jews. This is a study which could be written much more, complete will demand large space or a condensation very difficult to read. It will treat here in a begining concisely by way of example and summary, about the theme.

Reading related: Prophets on the Bible.

The following histories was known indubitably by the first christians, and even the environment in the family of Joseph and Mary. Ie, of not have been fulfilled, they wouldn't follow to Jesus like the Savior, risking their lifes. They were keeping this evidences in spite of run big risks, yet, at begining, christianism was rejected, and even so, they didn't deny the facts. They noticed that it had fulfilled the prophecies, and these was signs that increased their faith.
Seemingly Santiago, -translation of Jacobo-, son of Joseph and Mary, reached to be leader of the Church, in spite of not have been believed in Jesus Christ as Son of God, in the begining (Mt.12:47-50) and all them was holding on by the faith; faith that any way could be based in lies or in stories that it get to know like not truths.

Jesus Christ begin in a specific time to teach and preaching the message of salvation, after the simbolic baptism from Holy Spirit, where God manifests as: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. John the Baptist gave the following testimony about Jesus: “And John bare record, saying, I saw the Spirit descending from heaven like a dove, and it abode upon him. And I knew him not: but he that sent me to baptize with water, the same said unto me, Upon whom thou shalt see the Spirit descending, and remaining on him, the same is he which baptizeth with the Holy Ghost. And I saw, and bare record that this is the Son of God.” John 1:32-34, compare with: 1 Joh. 5:9-13.

Let's begin to mention some prophecies from Old Testament complied within New Testament. Prophecies about Jesus Christ

It would have the Savior, an immediate forerunner to would prepare his coming, an announced prophet; this is in: Isaiah 40:1-3, the book was written around 700 years B.C. Also in Malachi 3:1, around 420 B.C. It can check in John The Baptist, person totally consacred that any way searched for benefits to himself. Mark 1:1-8; Matthew 11:7-11; Luke 1:5-25; 57-66; Luke 7:25-27.

He would born in the Belen town, from a virgin, and would be named: “God with us”, and it says: “Emmanuel” in greek (Isa 7:14 – Mat 1:18-23). We know him like Jesus, that means “The Savior” (“Jesus” is translation to spanish from greek “Ιησούς” or “Isoús” ). It was habitual among prophets, put prophetic names. Therefore, Emmanuel means God become human walking among the people.

But he is named Jesus Christ? Yes, Jesus is name that born of translation from greek the Savior; Christ, it means consecrated; “consecrated” at the same time means “to have the power of... coming from God”. So, Jesus Christ means “who is consecrated for save us”, it means the more bigger title than may exist, because the only one who is able to save is God same, and Jesus is God with us. Now well, God's Son, not just was named prophetically Emmanuel, or commonly Jesus Christ; eg, in another prophecy from Isaiah is also named with various main features which he enjoys, from which he's mentioned as follows:

“For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.“ Isa. 9:6 An aditional reading about the Names of God.

In Micah 5:2 around 750 B.C., is announced that the Savior is born from one of the most little cities; which it can see in: Mattheus 2:1-16 and Luke 2:1-6.

Isaiah 7:14. In relation to a miraculous birth, it comply in Jesus Christ, related by example, within Mattheus 1:18-25.

Within Hoseas's book, -around 710 years B.C.-, in Hos 11:1; is mentioned that God's Son is called from Egypt; this detail it comply when in Mattheus 2:13-15; the parents escapes to Egypt by cause of Herodes, and in view of the sign of God, they return to Palestine.

The ministry of Messiah would become very special, every Jews knew it: Isaiah 61:1-3; they awaited Him with yearning. Throughout the Gospel is seen clearly that Jesus Christ comply with this announcement. In fact, He same begins reading it: Luk.4:14-21; and obviously this created commotion in people Luk.4:.22-30, but from a special way only could be “catched” when He wanted. But... the Jews awaited to King Liberator that comes in all His glory, and that is the second coming of Christ.

The Bible says:
1.Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.
2. But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.
